Refund policy

EXCHANGES

We have an exchange-only return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to exchange it for another item or items of the same purchase value. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to Snow Milk, as well as the shipping cost for the exchanged item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Made-to-order items are custom-produced specifically for you and are not eligible for exchange or refund. All made-to-order sales are final.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
